As you may be aware, Serendipity is a small business start up. We have big dreams, but we are currently building our empire. Which is why it’s so sad to have to limit ourselves. Unfortunately, we have fallen prey to credit card fraud by someone who had goods paid for either with someone else’s card or just denied making the purchase.
Now this is an unhappy fact of life in business - but since they have the goods, the money has been refunded and we have been fined (not to mention international postage costs) it’s also an Expensive one for me.
Because of this, I have temporarily withdrawn shipping to locations other than the UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands, where currently I can more easily track and trace orders and deliveries.
Maybe as business grows, I’ll venture out again, but for the moment , I’m out!
