Finding the direction for Serendipity is a challenge. I’m exploring lots of routes and you are the people who help to steer me towards the best path!
Currently, I’m selling on Facebook and my website, promoting (a little) on Instagram, attending events and recently, running Pop Up Shops. I’ve also just started a Dress agency as part of the plan.
Which of these elements appeal to you most and why? Is there anything I should do more of? Less of? Or stop completely? Is there something I’m missing?
I know we get flooded with surveys, but your views really help. Previously you’ve mentioned an annoying pop up on the web site (now resolved) , including the size in the listing title (now standard) and clothes on real models (coming soon!)
